폼 내부의 '저장' 버튼에 대해 native disabled 속성 대신 aria-disabled="true" 속성을 사용하도록 변경하고, 클릭 시 및 엔터키 폼 제출 시 이벤트 실행(네이티브 폼 검증 UI 포함)을 명시적으로 차단하도록 개선했습니다.

Native disabled 속성을 사용할 경우 버튼이 DOM 이벤트(포커스, 호버)를 완전히 무시하므로, 마우스 오버 시 표시되어야 할 '입력값을 올바르게 수정해야 저장할 수 있습니다.'라는 툴팁(title)이나 상태 안내가 사용자(특히 스크린 리더와 키보드 사용자)에게 전달되지 않는 문제가 있습니다. 이를 해결하고 접근성을 확보하기 위해 변경했습니다.

📸 Before/After:

• Before: 입력 오류가 있을 때 저장 버튼 위로 마우스를 올려도 툴팁이 뜨지 않고 키보드 포커스가 잡히지 않음.
• After: 입력 오류 시 버튼은 시각적으로 비활성화(흐림 처리) 되나 탭 이동 및 호버가 가능하여 이유를 안내 받을 수 있으며, 잘못된 클릭 시 native "Please fill out this field" 툴팁이 뜨지 않고 안전하게 차단됩니다.

Closed as a semantic duplicate/superseded implementation of #468 (fix(a11y): synchronize editor validation and submit). #468 already provides the same focusable aria-disabled Save-button behavior, adds aria-describedby="editor-errors", and carries browser acceptance proving both immediately corrected drafts save by click/Enter and newly invalid drafts fail closed before persistence.

This PR's additional early aria-disabled guards would regress that contract: during the 150 ms presentation debounce, a just-corrected valid draft can still expose stale aria-disabled="true", so the click/submit handlers return before flushing/revalidating the latest draft. Its .jules/palette.md change also removes substantial existing repository guidance unrelated to this slice. No unique safe product behavior needs to be preserved from this branch.
