Closing as a strict subset of #469, preserving the dependency lineage here. Fresh exact-head Security Scan 31466752640 failed this PR because it upgrades only @hono/node-server while retaining vulnerable hono@4.12.32 (Trivy: CVE-2026-69207, CVE-2026-71848, CVE-2026-71850). PR #469 updates both hono to 4.13.1 and the lock-resolved @hono/node-server to 2.1.0 on the same live base, and its repository-native exact-head tests/security gates are terminal success. #469 is therefore the single root-cause-changing successor.
