💡 What:
app.js 내의 날짜 포맷팅 함수(formatDateInput, formatLocalDateInput, formatCompactDate)에서 String.padStart() 사용을 제거하고, 인라인 3항 연산자(Ternary operator)를 사용한 문자열 연결 방식으로 대체했습니다.

🎯 Why:
String.padStart()는 렌더링 루프 등 핫루프(Hot Path) 내에서 사용될 때 불필요한 문자열 할당과 JS-C++ 브릿지 오버헤드를 발생시킵니다. 인라인 3항 연산자를 사용하면 이러한 오버헤드를 줄일 수 있습니다.

Closing this PR because the effective diff is neither a bounded nor a verified date-format optimization.

The branch additionally:

  • adds .trivyignore for CVE-2026-69207, which suppresses a current Hono security finding without upgrading or documenting a justified temporary exception; and
  • adds unrelated module-preload behavior for cloud-sync.js and analytics.js.

Those changes are outside the advertised scope and must not enter through a micro-performance PR. The date change itself has no checked-in benchmark, no profile proving these formatters are a material hot path, and the claim that String.padStart() necessarily crosses a JS-to-C++ bridge is not supported by repository evidence. It also replaces always-string intermediates with string-or-number unions, reducing clarity for an unmeasured benefit.

The valid Hono remediation already belongs in the bounded security line represented by #432. Date formatting should remain readable until a reproducible workload profile demonstrates a material bottleneck; any future optimization must contain only the formatter and its semantic/benchmark regressions, with no vulnerability suppression or unrelated resource-loading change.
