Align the backend dependency declaration and both hash-locked installation paths on Cryptography 50.0.0, recording the PKCS#7 oracle-resistance correction in the changelog. The unchanged exact head passed required backend/frontend, Strix, OpenCode, coverage, dependency-review, Trivy, OSV and Scorecard gates, had no unresolved review thread, and received qualifying independent approval.

Closed without merge. GitHub correctly reported this internal reconciliation lane non-mergeable because current
mainand the historical #858 source overlap inCHANGELOG.mdandfrontend/src/App.tsx. No product or protected-branch change was made. #858 must be reconstructed from current main while preserving current-main search/polling behavior plus its five intended accessibility artifacts; this temporary lane is not evidence for #858.
