⚡ Bolt: Optimize sapply to vapply in llcont.lavaan for performance

Superseded by #90

This PR and #90 share the same base master@807e9405f8c32faafdf186f977a24d0b23358b43 and the same production semantic delta in R/llcont.R: replace sapply(mispatts, nrow) with vapply(mispatts, nrow, numeric(1)).

The remaining differences are generated repository-wide .jules/bolt.md guidance and source-comment wording. Those are not independent product behavior and are intentionally not carried forward. Canonical successor #90 has restored .jules/bolt.md byte-for-byte to the protected-base blob and keeps the production change as its effective delta at exact head 93824af392b7c264822ab7988f6cdf32d8fc2dcd.

Closing this PR is therefore verified-successor consolidation, not abandonment of a unique product/test/contract delta. #90 remains Draft until fresh exact-head checks and review satisfy live policy.
