Verified successor check against current protected master@b62bf9ac928988a4b988fc3efb0adfb88549fef2: the only valid product semantic in #101 is the lavaan missing-pattern change sapply(mispatts, nrow) → vapply(mispatts, nrow, numeric(1)). Its extra repository-wide Bolt doctrine and deletion of benchmark_hurdle_ifelse.R are unrelated/invalid for this bounded lane and are intentionally not inherited. Canonical Draft #90 exact head ddaa04ad6a157c2f09a5f33496a63e28d2013ee3 carries the same R/llcont.R behavior on the current protected base, restores central workflow/doctrine authority, and withdraws percentage-performance promotion absent representative profiling. #101 has no independent test/fixture/contract that #90 would lose. Closing only because every valid delta is fully carried by #90; #90 remains open/Draft until exact-head gates and review pass.
