Temporary owner-preserving integration only. Merge current canonical frontend dependency-security owner #1623 into feat/content-checksum-generator so checksum product scope can be retargeted onto #1623 without copying dependency source. No force push, no gate weakening, no independent dependency ownership. Close this integration PR only by normal merge if GitHub reports it mergeable and the exact #1623 head is unchanged.
