Isolate only the three generated WorkspaceHome live-region changes on protected-develop ancestry so Git can perform an ordinary three-way integration into the active Today owner without copying stale dashboard source. Signed-off-by: Seongho Bae <me@seonghobae.me>

Temporary owner-preserving integration PR. The head contains exactly the three generated
WorkspaceHomelive-region changes isolated on protecteddevelop; the base contains current #1608 ancestry plus the focused RED test. Git's ordinary three-way merge must preserve all current Today/navigation source. Merge only if this PR exposes exactly those three semantic attribute changes and no owner delta is reverted.
