Isolate only the generated SearchLayout live-region change on protected-develop ancestry so Git can perform an ordinary three-way integration into the active Search owner without copying stale generated customer-copy source. Signed-off-by: Seongho Bae <me@seonghobae.me>

Temporary owner-preserving integration PR. The head contains exactly the one-line
SearchLayoutlive-region semantic change isolated on protecteddevelop; the base contains #1603 plus the focused RED test. Git's ordinary three-way merge must preserve all current Search customer-copy/evidence work. Merge only if the resulting PR diff is exactly that one-line source change and no owner delta is reverted.
