Ordinary ancestry repair for #1625 only.

Verified before opening:

• target feature branch codex/remove-repo-opencode-config@53ec33c7464825b646155e0dfcfa047e8c5fe147 preserves the five-file central OpenCode consumer delta;
• source prerequisite docs/align-llm-owner-guidance@a2759019b4b0f5c96605b43b0857197c3b6bfb19 is one commit ahead of their common parent f58cbebf400899d5b7aeb6925ff555d0d07cd201 and adds only the relationship-panel customer-copy boundary to AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md;
• the changes are disjoint from test(review): consume canonical central OpenCode configuration #1625's central-config guidance locations.

This PR exists only because the available branch-write path does not expose GitHub's ordinary branch-merge endpoint directly. Merge it into the non-protected #1625 feature branch to preserve both histories without force-push, destructive rebase, source copy, or protected-branch bypass. It is not a product/release merge and does not authorize #1625 for protected integration.
