Scope

Reconcile protected capability maturity for editor placeholder accessibility,
the framework-neutral Markdown package, and bounded DOCX rich-run hyperlinks.
Protected main remains the shipped implementation authority; this PR does
not publish a package or broaden the editor/Office/host boundary.

The existing documentation corrections and their test-first history are
preserved. No separate documentation-maturity writer was created. Current
gap-baseline additions remain with their existing presentation/performance
owners rather than being copied into this PR.

Latest integration repair

The DOCX assertion previously rejected implemented_on_active_pr and
Until protected integration anywhere in TRD. An unrelated proposed capability
therefore caused a false failure even when both DOCX maturity records were
correct. This conflicts with the canonical requirement to distinguish proposed
capabilities from shipped ones in the same document.

  • RED 69aa4e4cf71eb4f7428d8838e4ee2ffeb2f069e3: appended an unrelated
proposed section in the existing parameterized test; one failed, seven passed.
  • Repair 302cdf981090e48ae1361569c29030346180528b: inspect only paragraphs
naming ADR 0026 or PR feat(office): preserve bounded hyperlinks in DOCX rich paragraphs #137, require both records, and preserve every DOCX
shipped-status and stale-status assertion. Both original and coexistence
cases pass. No new helper, framework, dependency or runtime change.
  • Ordinary merge 9966233a1f8c653c7027b027a3d296f822560c81 incorporates
    independently verified protected main 0b88c16f14f51b54a87eb7164f0edfb06dd60902.
The inherited ci(actions): stop Draft PR suite fan-out #409 workflow/test changes are unchanged protected behavior,
not a competing workflow implementation in this lane.

Current-head local evidence

At 9966233a1f8c653c7027b027a3d296f822560c81:

  • 19 focused documentation/workflow tests passed in 1.38 seconds.
  • TypeScript and whitespace checks passed.
  • Full configured coverage: 889 tests across 157 files passed in 86.89 seconds;
configured source statements, branches, functions and lines all 100%.
  • Normal push and independent remote-ref read verified the same head.
  • Build, complete package verification and fresh pack passed at the unchanged
    head. All 13 package-configuration tests and root/isolated/framework-free
    consumer checks passed. Archive SHA-256:

Package logs and protocol: /private/tmp/inkspan-pr156-package.ZNgr5k.
Ready-for-review enables formal review and hosted CI; it is not merge/release
acceptance and does not transfer any unrelated branch's results.

RED/GREEN/full logs and the experiment protocol are retained locally at
/private/tmp/inkspan-pr156-maturity-scope.5y8owH. Earlier PR body heads and
workflow generations are historical, not current acceptance. The local test
runner reported Vitest 3.2.7; no dependency installation was performed here.

Remaining integration gates

This is documentation/test proof, not current-head packed-browser, Office matrix,
security, hosted workflow, independent review, protected merge or release proof.
The default branch still reports dependency alerts; dependency and CI-contract
repairs retain their existing owners. Draft/skipped/cancelled checks are not
green. Refetch live main/base/head, changed-path owners, required jobs, formal
reviews, unresolved threads, rules and artifact identities before readiness or
merge. No bypass, self-approval, force push, release identity fabrication or
closure based on local results.

Restacked the protected capability-maturity documentation contract onto exact main@a40b9489665bed7d95af619a6079b9c51cab299a and propagated the event-specific Python matrix contract. Exact head: c75a8b85c00d696e1f5a9171faa8cfad408ef144. Fresh local proof: focused canonical maturity suite 5 files / 26 tests; TypeScript typecheck; full Vitest 157 files / 887 tests with 100% statements, branches, functions, and lines; Python support contract 4/4. Runtime, package exports, CSS, and Office rendering remain unchanged. Draft and independent-approval gates remain unchanged.

Remove the duplicated Python support contract changes from this documentation-maturity branch. PR #405 remains the single writer while this branch keeps its canonical documentation delta.
