Fixes the inherited cross-engine mutation fixture so its executed evidence includes the required run provenance introduced by #1095.

This is a compatibility-only test correction; production validation and statistical arithmetic are unchanged. It keeps the hostile-container assertion focused on replay admission instead of failing during fixture construction.

Stacks on Draft #1095 and unblocks child Draft #1097.
