🎯 Why: list(rules)는 매번 새로운 리스트를 할당하고, .index()는 선형 탐색을 수행하므로 finding의 수가 $N$, 유니크한 규칙 수가 $M$일 때 $O(N \times M)$의 병목이 발생합니다.
📊 Impact: 대량의 finding 처리 시 성능 향상 기대. 자체 벤치마크 결과 2만 개의 finding(2000개의 unique rules)에서 약 1.44초 소요되던 것을 0.24초로(약 6배) 단축했습니다.
🔬 Measurement: 대규모 프로젝트에 대한 스캔 시 SARIF 리포트 생성 속도 측정 및 전체 테스트 통과 여부로 확인 가능합니다.
