Test-only (+48/-0, new src/policy-boundary.test.ts): 6 edge contracts pinning current designed behavior - uppercase URL canonicalization, username-only URL rejection without leak, contradiction blockingCount arithmetic, step 2/3 exclusion under contradiction, email-format matrix, whitespace retention-period export. First run 6/6 GREEN, no production change needed. Branch gates: lint GREEN, 82/82 Vitest GREEN, build GREEN.
