docs(evidence): link canonical merge collector

Outcome

Makes the live delivery baseline readable in GitHub again by replacing the 695-item inline shell copy, which GitHub truncates after 500 items, with the existing canonical collector.

Test-first evidence

• RED: the revised documentation contract failed because the baseline had no canonical collector link and still embedded the long code block.
• GREEN: 53 focused documentation and maintenance tests / 186 subtests pass.
• bash -n scripts/ci/collect_live_merge_evidence.sh and git diff --check pass.

Scope

Stacked on #238. The collector remains the only executable procedure; this PR does not alter workflow, release, policy, or evidence semantics. Visual inspection of #238 exact head identified the GitHub truncation; this child needs its own exact-head rendered inspection after publication.
