The protected default branch was `3d6d7188a3ae299ffef77eb991032268a4c2160d`
when this baseline was refreshed. The live queue contained 5 open PRs and 17
open issues. The exact-head inventory below supersedes older per-PR snapshots
elsewhere in this document; those older rows remain useful historical delivery
context only.

| PR | Exact observed head | Merge/check state at this snapshot |
| ---: | --- | --- |
| #606 | `61fd631c` | retires the internally anchored channel-weight vector in favor of the exact TEPP#237 criterion-validity contract and now contains the former #607 operations-dashboard stack; fractional cutoffs and canonical UUIDs remain enforced, while the similar-VOC endpoint and authenticated production backfill remain unavailable; the combined non-default head awaits hosted gates and two independent approvals before protected delivery |
| #605 | `9460af9c` | exact-main follow-up for post-navigation refocus, cross-browser visibility-aware modal focus order including native disclosure summaries, readable evidence separators, and validated OIDC return context; focused regressions, lint, build, Storybook, and desktop/mobile screenshot audits passed locally; auto-merge awaits hosted gates and independent review |
| #600 | `f1b4ff62` | this baseline's pre-amendment head also restores the ADR 0109 OIDC return helper at login; the current documentation commit necessarily supersedes its own observed SHA, so checks and review restart on the resulting head |
| #579 | `acd44dfe` | interaction-map coordinates now compose protected main, return no false axes or criteria-only map, preserve the validated OIDC return path, and retain successful backend/frontend/build plus desktop/mobile Storybook evidence; auto-merge awaits hosted gates and independent review |
| #493 | `cc3080c6` | ADR 0143 empty-DAG reasons are composed with the batched Ask graph: hidden posts cannot bridge authorized components, multi-post Ask omits the single-post reason, conflict-marker regression coverage is present, and focused backend/frontend/build checks pass; auto-merge awaits hosted gates and independent review |
| #609 | `820fe648` | exact-main follow-up that renders #493's focused isolation reasons with localized next actions and an accepted ADR; backend/documentation, focused UI, i18n, lint, and build checks passed locally, auto-merge is enabled, and hosted gates plus independent review remain outstanding |
| #606 | `61fd631c` | retires the internally anchored channel-weight vector in favor of the exact TEPP#237 criterion-validity contract and contains the former #607 operations-dashboard stack; the head now conflicts with protected `main` and must be composed without losing either capability |
| #579 | `a8e9ef9e` | interaction-map coordinates remain open and now conflict with protected `main`; prior branch tests and screenshot audits do not transfer across the required composition |
| #490 | `73413d0b` | broad historical workspace branch is conflicting with failing checks; decompose/restack rather than replaying its 931-commit merge wholesale |
| #468 | `5c6bc014` | fast-mlsirm v0.8.0, exact Keyverse scope, orchestrator, and TEPP boundaries are composed with current main; TEPP contract/auth headers and telemetry-safe startup were retained, but protected delivery still requires terminal hosted gates and independent exact-head approval |
| #387 | `728125c1` | channel evidence plus Ask reconstruction-profile preservation is composed with current main and has no unresolved threads; only changes-requested decisions from obsolete heads remain, so auto-merge is armed pending current-head checks and independent re-review |
| #387 | `ab5cf345` | channel evidence plus Ask reconstruction-profile preservation is mergeable on the current head, but a current changes-requested decision remains; resolve valid findings and obtain independent exact-head re-review before enabling auto-merge |

marker and duplicated stale tail in `CLAUDE.md`; #594 repaired it through
protected `main` as `241be2dddf657f854cb8be54fe11d4ef48d37976`.

Protected main currently imports the ADR 0109 OIDC return helpers but bypasses
them at login, dropping the URL fragment and failing the production build on
unused imports. Exact-main PRs #600 and #605 restore

Protected main now calls the ADR 0109 OIDC return helpers before
`signinRedirect`; #600 and #605 delivered the repair through the protected
gate. The authenticated-only `accessToken` narrowing remains present.

🔍 Stale OIDC-defect prose contradicts refreshed delivery record

The refresh at product-technical-gap-baseline.md and the delivery table (product-technical-gap-baseline.md) now show #600/#605 merged and the OIDC repair delivered. The untouched sentence at product-technical-gap-baseline.md still says the defect remains until #605 passes the gate and main is not a release candidate. These lines sit outside the diff but now contradict the new state.

| Scientific measurement | Durable accepted TEPP receipts are protected (`main`); #606 replaces the internally anchored channel-weight activation with the exact TEPP-owned criterion-validity contract from TEPP#237, while #468 binds fast-mlsirm/Keyverse/orchestrator/TEPP integration tests and fails closed on upstream probability-axis drift. Neither cross-repository PR is protected delivery yet. #387 removes inferred/default persistence weights, but several older reconstruction tests still pass hand-authored numeric weight dictionaries; those constants are not estimator evidence | Land TEPP#237 before or together with #606 through their protected gates, then continue replacing remaining reconstruction-test constants with provenance-bearing fast-mlsirm estimates over synthetic fixtures; tests unrelated to fusion must bypass weighting entirely, as #484 does.
