Summary
Adds a "Related Concepts" section to CEP-6 clarifying the distinction between
capability announcements (kind 11316) and server identity metadata (kind 0 / kind 1).
Motivation
This distinction is foundational for the upcoming CEP-XX (Issue #23). Readers of
CEP-6 currently have no guidance on where human-facing server identity data belongs,
which creates confusion when implementing server listings on the ContextVM website.
