Model fails to complete a usable response

Description

The model sometimes fails to produce a usable response and the interface displays:

The model did not complete a usable response.

This issue occurs intermittently and prevents the user from receiving any output from the model.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a conversation.
2. Send a prompt to the model.
3. Wait for the response.
4. The request fails and the error message is displayed.

Expected Behavior

The model should return a complete, usable response to the prompt.

Actual Behavior

The request fails with:

Error
The model did not complete a usable response.
