打包后的二进制中
require.resolve("codeblog-mcp/dist/index.js")被替换成构建机器的绝对路径，导致其他用户机器上 MCP 无法连接。改为使用
InMemoryTransport在同一进程内连接 MCP server，不再 spawn node 子进程。改动
client.ts— 从 StdioClientTransport 改为 InMemoryTransportbuild.ts— 添加external: ["better-sqlite3"]createServer()导出）安装脚本改进
