Description

This pull request updates the alignment_page.html to align with SWEDAC requirements.

Layout and formatting improvements:

• Refactored the HTML structure for better indentation and readability, especially within the summary and sample overview panels. [1] [2]

Conditional rendering:

• Added a conditional display of the SWEDAC logo on the summary page if the topsample.application_tag contains 'MW'.

Table improvements:

• Updated the "Antal Reads" column header to "Antal Reads (**)" for clarity.
• Improved handling of missing total_reads values by ensuring a value of 0 is displayed in a consistent format.

Minor formatting fixes:

• Added missing <br> tags and improved whitespace for better visual separation in contact and customer information sections.
• Removed unnecessary blank lines and improved the structure of table header rows.
