Build a three-bay workshop planner with Vue/Pinia, PrimeVue 4, VeeValidate, FullCalendar Standard, Chart.js and a shared ts-rest contract. Rescheduling persists timezone-aware appointments; Postgres exclusion constraints prevent overlaps, revisions reject stale edits, and the chart totals come from saved bookings.

Validated against disposable ClickHouse Managed Postgres 18.6: native build/typecheck, real browser drag/save/reload and occupied-slot reversion, details editing/chart totals, concurrent overlap rejection, process restart, runtime grants and verified TLS with wrong-CA/hostname controls. A separate UI-only delayed/failing-response check validates final chart loading states after managed cleanup. The owned service was deleted and absence verified.

Includes scoped secret-free CI and complete clickhousectl/isolated-Linux setup. PrimeVue 4.5.5 is MIT; the demo has no sign-in and currently builds a large client bundle. Companion article remains a reviewed local draft.
