No crouch or sit buttons

I'm not able to trigger the sitting or crouch states since I play VR in a chair. What's the intended way for seated VR players to sit or crouch?

there is physical crouching, you should def be able to lean forward to trigger it while sitting still but even if you can't it's not really needed to play the game from what I know? I think there's maybe only a few instances that require crouching

for sitting i'm planning to just add a physical sit as well since it's purely a cosmetic thing and has no gameplay implications

Unfortunately you do need sit and crouch for gameplay reasons(sitting is a gesture you need for certain puzzles , as well as sliding on your butt down slopes), so adding one would be a huge help for seated VR players.

The character can also get stuck crouching, when I spawned in, I was crouching and could not get my character to stand up straight. Resetting head height caused the character to get extended upwards but remained crouching.

Crouch and sit buttons would be great from an accessibility standpoint. Even just being a bit old and creaky makes the physical crouch/sit actions more difficult than they should need to be.
