Too many alerts just keep the alerts very simple such as the trades to do. Options bot is adding an excessive amount of news alerts just simply notify me when a good trade is suspected.

Fixed in 97c2c74 and 68615ba.

Every unprompted news push is off by default now:

• the hourly CATALYST WATCH notices. This was the bulk of it: up to four notices per pass, fired hourly from the session loop AND from the round the clock daemon loop.
• the BREAKING headline texts and the AI quick read that followed each one
• the headline lines on the morning card
• the news line on an entry card

One switch controls all of it, NEWS_ALERTS_ENABLED, default off. /catalysts still answers when you type it, because that is you pulling, not the bot pushing.

What did NOT change, on purpose: news still makes the bot skip trades. An option whose life contains an earnings report is still skipped, and the event calendar still feeds the risk gate. That half makes it pickier, not louder.

Live status: CATALYST_WATCH_ENABLED=false is already set on Railway and applied, so the watch notices have already stopped. The breaking news half ships with the next deploy.

Covered by test_quiet_alerts.py, which fails on the build that sent the spam.
