Docs-only, three coordinator-owned canonical files.

  • docs/STATUS.md: the coordination-lane subsection on the sixteenth block (range 42d3007f0 to a789dabbe, PR #2699): the #2695 self-record, the fact that the tip run at 42d3007f0 (ci-required run 33974150710) completed green at 15:37Z so main was green at the block's first commit, and the Project board reconciliation of the alpha lane's claims in the range (#2214, #1871 twice, #1434, #1999 back to Blocked behind D-13, #2638 Now, Blocked, Now again for item 2).
  • OUTSTANDING_TASKS.md: new D-15 from the alpha lane's 2026-09-05 18:10Z release comment on #2638. Measured in Chromium on the real stack: neither the Paper decision rail's #2630 sticky handshake nor the #2214/#2630 "pinned" degraded warning pins, because the document is the scrollport (.td-shell is min-height: 100vh and grows) and three never-overflowing ancestors capture position: sticky. Three options, measured not built (A shell fix making .td-content the bounded scroller; B a bounded review grid with internal scrollers; C honest comments only), proposed default A as its own browser-proven slice; the maintainer rules by letter on #2638 because it changes the shell's scroll model. Items 1 and 3 of #2638 are parked with no PR; item 2 is unaffected and claimed by the alpha lane.
  • docs/releases/V0_3_0_READINESS.md: clause 4 now reads green at 42d3007f0 (run 33974150710, completed 15:37Z, 16 of 17 jobs success, Secret Scan skipped by design); the previous write recorded that run as in progress. The intro sentence says clause 4 was re-read from the completed run while clause 2 and the section 5 split keep their 15:15Z measurement.

No maintainer decision is inferred; D-15 is a new question, not a ruling. Nothing is ticked.

Verified: node scripts/check-docs-governance.mjs passed; git diff --check clean; the run conclusion and job tally were read from gh run view 33974150710 --json jobs (16 success, 1 skipped); the D-15 numbers are quoted from the alpha lane's release comment, with its source named.
NOT verified: nothing executable changed; the alpha lane's browser measurement is quoted, not re-run.

Refs #2638, #2630, #2214

…el), clause 4 green at 42d3007

docs/STATUS.md: coordination-lane subsection on the sixteenth block (the #2695 self-record, the tip
run green at 15:37Z, the board reconciliation of the alpha lane's claims in the range).
OUTSTANDING_TASKS.md: new D-15 from the alpha lane's 2026-09-05 18:10Z measurement on #2638: neither
the decision rail nor the degraded warning pins because the document is the scrollport and three
never-overflowing ancestors capture position: sticky; three measured options, proposed default A
(make .td-content the bounded scroller as its own browser-proven slice), maintainer rules by letter
on #2638.
docs/releases/V0_3_0_READINESS.md: clause 4 reads green at 42d3007 (run 33974150710, 15:37Z,
16 of 17 success, Secret Scan skipped) now that the run the file recorded as in progress completed.

Review gate (Codex review credits exhausted, SC-9; documentation-only): one fresh-context read-only reviewer (Opus 5) on head 3ff1706. Verdict: SHIP; the two MEDIUM self-contradictions and the LOWs were fixed in the follow-up commit (wording only, no new claims, no second pass owed).

Checked by reading (reviewer): the subsection sits inside the sixteenth block after its "Not shipped reality" line and does not contradict the header; D-15 states no ruling, names the maintainer, quotes its source with date and environment, and its option letters and numbers are internally consistent with the proposed default; formatting matches D-13 and D-14; the clause-4 arithmetic matches the run evidence; the only em dash added is the D-item title pattern; no tick and no Changelog entry, matching how D-13 and D-14 were added.

Findings and disposition:

Verified after the fix: node scripts/check-docs-governance.mjs passed; git diff --check clean.

…pointers, #2701 record, #2630 correction clause)

Answers the docs review of PR #2704: the #2703 bullet no longer says only force guarantees a request (it gets past the throttle only; the in-flight share and demo mode still apply, the very overclaim round 2 removed from the code); the #2700 and #2703 bullets name every open residual the not-shipped line names; the #2701 pointer says the sixteenth block's subsection is its record; the #2700 bullet says its round 2 touched copy and specs only; the corrections line quotes the thirteenth block's clause that the pinned warning itself sticks.
