Summary

package unsigned macOS builds as a compressed DMG with an Applications shortcut
keep the ZIP fallback and publish SHA-256 checksums for both assets
add DMG installation guidance and prepare the 1.0.1 changelog

Testing

swift test -c release -Xswiftc -warnings-as-errors (37 tests)
built the universal 1.0.1 Release app with Xcode
ran Scripts/verify-unsigned-build.sh
verified both SHA-256 checksums
ran hdiutil verify and mounted the DMG read-only
confirmed the DMG contains Startle.app and the Applications shortcut
confirmed version 1.0.1 and x86_64/arm64 architectures
