- .gitattributes: * text=auto, shell scripts LF, PowerShell and batch scripts CRLF, images, sounds and fonts binary; renormalizing changed no stored file - git-signing.sh: a cloud session without MICCONTROL_GIT_SIGNING_KEY prints one note and exits 0; other sessions exit silently - CLAUDE.md: the detailed product behavior (MicSwitch import, tray, Start with Windows, About → Advanced, hotkey edge cases, mic rebind, overlay, settings normalization) moves to the product-behavior skill, and the icon, cue sound and icon font generators to the generated-assets skill; the rules stay in CLAUDE.md
- CLAUDE.md (22k → 6k characters): a skill index, the core commands, the hard rules and the short git rules - New skills: architecture (layout, conventions, platform scope, naming), git-workflow (branches, rulesets, commits, condensing), dev-tooling (commands, screenshots, fuzzing, setup, notices, telemetry and security settings); signing moves into releasing, the Product decisions summary into product-behavior, the reason for no installer framework into installer-updates - ROADMAP.md: the plans in a readable, structured form, linked from README; the roadmap skill keeps the full technical notes, and both are kept in step
