• Implement alternative TEC calculation; alternative strategies include WGCNA, graphical lasso. These will take a TE matrix as the input and create all-all similarity networks.
• Note issues with using proportionality with clr(RIBO)- clr(RNA) difference. Hence, this is valid strictly only when TE is calculated from regression. When implementing additional methods consider the impact of the TE calculation.
