About The Pull Request
To the woe of many, I enjoy paperwork in SS13.
Seeing how lackluster it is, I decided to more or less (and probably very sloppily) port over the paperwork system from CitRP.
Also made scrolls use the same reading code as parchment, making them essentially paper sheets that can fit double the amount of text/symbols on them.
Also also, made the parchment background less noisy, making it easier to read the spreadsheets. I used the scroll's old background, just cropped to tile better.
Ghosts can now read papers, and the (help) button when examining, now the same [?] button as the one on the reading thing, now works.
