Submitted via czdev publish. The .deb is hosted on the contributor's buffer release; CI verifies the sha256 and, on merge, promotes it into the official apt-pool release.

It starts from the launcher, opens the console, loads and plays 8 Bit Panda by Bruno Oliveira (from tic80.com), and exits back to the launcher.

• External hardware: none. The gamepad is mapped to the built-in keyboard (F/X/Z/C move, L/K are A/B, O/I are X/Y).
• Network: only when the user asks for it from the TIC-80 console (downloads). Nothing runs in the background.
• Licence: TIC-80 is MIT, by Vadim Grigoruk (nesbox). This unofficial build is a fork with the changes behind one CMake option: https://github.com/andreahaku/tic80-c0 (cardputerzero branch, release c0-1.3.1-rev1).
