Integrating chromatin architecture into splicing graphs for chimeric enhancer RNAs detection
ChiMER is a computational framework designed to identify and validate chimeric enhancer RNAs. By integrating multi-omics data (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, CAGE-seq, H3K27ac ChIP-seq, Hi-C), ChiMER enables the high-sensitivity detection of fusion events originating from distal regulatory elements.
ChiMER is currently undergoing final code optimization and documentation. We are working hard to make the full source code, installation guides, and tutorial datasets available.
