fix(nowplaying): manual cover off Windows and keep Spout frames moving - #691

Linux and macOS cannot read system artwork or playback time. Show Cover stays, but those platforms upload an image and hide elapsed time, the progress bar, and automatic logo sources. Windows still defaults to the system cover and can fall back to an uploaded image. The MilkDrop WebGL2 failure is translated and tells the user to update the GPU driver. Smoke measures a live waves scene so a frozen shared texture cannot pass, and the last paint releases its texture on stop.
