MilkDrop: favourites, tags and search by author

Search matches the name only.

• Favourites and free-form tags, kept with the preset and exported with a pack.
• Search by author (MilkDrop preset names are mostly "Author - Title") and by tag.
• Auto-advance can be limited to favourites or to a tag.

Done on main via #605 (fd03f72, f9745b1).

Favourites and tags are stored in the settings next to the ratings, keyed by preset id (milkdropLibrary.favorites, milkdropLibrary.tags), outside every scene. Preset files are untouched.

• Star presets in the list, or the one on screen with Favourite (also a MIDI/OSC action).
• Tag the preset on screen: type comma-separated tags, or click an existing tag to add or remove it.
• Deleting a preset clears its rating, favourite and tags.

Exported with a pack. An import gives every preset a new id, so each preset in a pack carries its own library record (favourite, tags, rating), and the import attaches it to the new id. The record never reaches the preset file. This works from the MilkDrop panel (Pack What Is Shown packs the filtered view, Import Pack) and from the Studio's pack export. Built-ins stay out of packs.

Search by author and tag. The author is derived from "Author - Title" names at search time, so nothing on disk needed migrating.

• Words match the name, authors and tags.
• #tag or tag: search tags only; author: / yazar: search authors only.
• Case and the Turkish I/ı, İ/i difference are ignored.
• Show narrows the list to favourites or a tag, Author to one author.

Auto advance limited to favourites or a tag. Pool (saved with the scene) applies to the timer, hard cuts, track changes and the look-ahead compile. An empty or one-preset pool is reported in the panel. ◀/▶/🎲 and the list still reach every preset.

Measured in an isolated copy:

• with the pool on three favourites, the visualizer window went round those three and nothing else;
• author:martin found the Martin presets and not a title naming him;
• a pack round trip put favourites and tags on the new ids and in settings.json, with no library field in any preset file.

29 tests; 49 of 49 mutations caught. This stays open until the v3.1.5 release.
