Description

This pull request merges the latest features and fixes from the dev branch into master for the upcoming release. The main focus of this release is the introduction of the new BFF service, robust CI pipelines, and crucial database state updates.

• BFF Service: Implemented the foundational Backend-For-Frontend (BFF) service in Rust, including API routing, gRPC client integration, and centralized error handling.
• Database Migrations: Established a new migration baseline starting from migration Update/docs readme # 3 #6. Also implemented database seeding to populate initial core data.

Infrastructure & CI

• Auth Service CI: Deployed a strict C++ pipeline featuring clang-format quality gates, cmake builds with ctest, and Trivy security scanning on a distroless Docker image.
• BFF Service CI: Configured a comprehensive Rust pipeline including cargo fmt, strict clippy checks, llvm-cov for test coverage, and Docker vulnerability scanning.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved various bugs and integration issues discovered during the dev cycle (including protobuf path resolutions and dependency typos).

Deployment Note: When deploying this release to production, ensure that the database migrations (starting from baseline 6) and the new seed scripts are executed before starting the application services.
