Captures the two things CI can't verify — the in-Logseq runtime smoke test (fetch, recurrence/EXDATE/timezone, sanitization) and the tag-triggered publish.yml (release assets attached) — plus the version-bump/tag steps and marketplace note, so releasing isn't tribal knowledge.
