create_pool node monitoring code update

Fixed formatting and update CLI command to direct output to the pool/nodes output blob mounted folder called "output".

I added description of the create_pool parameters I added to the doc string as well. Let me know if I should be making an entry in the changelog I think I forgot that last time.
