deps(runtime): bump pi-coding-agent and pi-ai to 0.84.3 - #13

Routine maintenance, two minors on from the 0.82.1 pin. The Pi adapter now loads Pi's own bundled subagent extension in place (#9), so a pi bump can in principle move or reshape examples/extensions/subagent/index.ts out from under the shim. That is exactly what runtime/src/subagent-upstream.test.ts was written to catch, and it stays green here: the upstream file is present and all 9 canaries pass. Versions are pinned exactly, matching the existing convention (npm's default caret range was removed). Verified: - runtime: 115/115 - cli: all Go packages pass - hermetic e2e: ADAPTER=codex and ADAPTER=claude both pass - live: examples/hello.yaml and examples/subagent-demo.yaml both complete against a gateway

Routine maintenance — two minors on from the
0.82.1pin.Why this one deserves a look
Since #9, the Pi adapter loads Pi's own bundled subagent extension in place rather than vendoring a copy. That trades ~450 lines of drift for a dependency on a path inside pi's
examples/, which is not a stable API surface — a pi bump could move or reshape it.That risk is exactly what
runtime/src/subagent-upstream.test.tswas written to catch, and this is its first real exercise. It holds:examples/extensions/subagent/index.tsstill present on 0.84.3subagenttool through pi's owndiscoverAndLoadExtensions, description override intact, allowlist forced toproject, overrides restored, refcounting correct)So the canary did its job: this bump is boring, and we know that rather than assume it.

Versions are pinned exactly, matching the existing convention — npm's default
^range was stripped. I also reverted an incidental change where npm rewrote the escaped—indescriptionto a literal em dash, so thepackage.jsondiff is only the two version lines.Verification
runtimecligo test ./...ADAPTER=codex(hermetic)ADAPTER=claude(hermetic)examples/hello.yamlexamples/subagent-demo.yamlStacking note: independent of #12 (CI). Either order works.
