Remove 'Edit on CCBR/ASPEN' edit link from docs site #136

The docs site (built with MkDocs Material) currently shows an "Edit on CCBR/ASPEN" link/pencil icon on every page, generated from the edit_uri setting in mkdocs.yml:

This link lets any visitor jump straight to GitHub's in-browser editor for the corresponding doc file on main. We should remove (or reconsider) this behavior.
