   Fixed in commit 1eaea23 on branch issue_117, folded into PR #120.

   Changes in resources/cluster.json:

   • align walltime: 12:00:00 → 24:00:00
   • align2spikein walltime: 12:00:00 → 24:00:00
   • atac_tss walltime: 12:00:00 → 24:00:00

   All three rules now get a full day. RAM is unchanged (240g for align/align2spikein; 120g for atac_tss).
