Fixed bug with metadata_real table
Fixes bugs related to which tables should be copied or not
Fixes bug relating to the label tables not being copied
Fixes the schema for the outputs to not have data_id as primary key
Avoids using tsam 4.0 which breaks the workflow

Correcting performance bug on the representative periods side
Fixes bug in processing representative periods
Implemented new priority system to prevent the wrong data from slipping through
Stops the removal of commodities if only one out of 2 being used have a use, i.e. removal of byproducts
Reverting to a previous version (git was not cooperating)
Accidentally uploaded the wrong repo (an outdated duplicate), this fixes it
