Archive and Compress!

IYERIS includes built-in archive support (ZIP, 7z, tar, tar.gz, tar.bz2, tar.xz, and plain .gz/.xz) for compress and extract. Advanced users can choose extra compression options. RAR, CAB, ISO, and other formats are not supported for extract.

Preview supported files, and see their file properties and permissions!

     

Build from source

MOST of IYERIS's deps are handled by NodeJS 22-24 by running npm i.
HOWEVER, Tauri V2 uses rust and is required for a user to manually install if they want to build IYERIS from source. Checkout how to install rust here. Please check out build-setup.md in this repo for more info about each operating system's requirements to build IYERIS.
