Aligns the two README references to the per-upload concept with the UI rename Build → Test Run (a test-result submission = one reporter upload).

  • README.md: "build detail page" → "test run detail page"
  • README.md Inputs table: tags description "this build" → "this test run"

No input/contract change — input names (tags, etc.) are untouched; only human-readable prose. Generic CI "build" mentions (the customer's own CI build; "Pipeline Metrics" = resource sampling) are intentionally left alone.

The UI renamed the per-upload concept Build to Test Run (a test-result
submission = one reporter upload). Update the two README references: the
results detail page and the tags input description. No input-contract change.
