Enables metrics.harvestrangelabs.com beacon TLS via Traefik/cert-manager, Pi-safe Mongo on NFS, optional Ollama model storage on NFS, and first-operator bootstrap for the admin UI. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
