Improve User Authentication and Registration Management #7
Resolved via #27, #81, and #90. Authentication and registration now include EmailOrUsernameModelBackend with constant-time password hashing on missing users, case-insensitive email uniqueness and normalization in RegisterForm, rate limiting on login and registration endpoints, POST-only logout, and full test coverage in cs_app/register/tests.py.
