v0.1.0 release

Summary

Changes the centrally managed product version from 0.1.0-rc.19 to stable 0.1.0. Updates the existing PostgreSQL/OIDC native-upgrade fixture to derive the expected stable/prerelease channel from that product version for the release check, native client and tenant policy. Previously its hardcoded prerelease assertion rejected a correctly published stable candidate after successful database/browser upgrade checks.

Validation

Local release-validation suite: 64/64 passed, including runtime stable/prerelease probes that reject a mismatched channel, disabled release or different version. The old fixture fails the stable and wrong-channel regressions; the corrected fixture passes. Shell syntax and diff checks pass. Final-head Actions passed all 21 jobs on source 1cf1e691efbfd1b98fedeca88113f9b81a639ab7, tested merge 45fa17cd868b45bd3498df1a14641ef220cc5eaa, base 0bd89cb0479673e8ec7c2b98037efb8081c05471.

Hosted receipts: 2,534/2,534 generic tests (20 integration + 2,227 unit/runtime + 246 component + 41 Playwright), 64/64 release-validation tests, Windows 21/21, macOS 3/3, sustained native gateway 1/1, all with zero skips. Downloaded test/visual artifacts were matched to authenticated Actions digests and source/merge metadata.

The OIDC upgrade log confirms the published v0.1.0-rc.19 native client accepted the server-offered stable 0.1.0 update with its original tenant and agent identity, confirmed readmission, and activated the candidate version. Both previous-release and upgraded OIDC browser receipts passed 2/2 with zero skips; their downloaded artifact digest was verified.
