Adds the credential-broker / agent-run control-plane layer to the Tidebase server, hardened across multiple passes and integration-tested against real OpenBao + self-hosted Nango: - Fail-closed broker auth; Ed25519 keypair identity (challenge/response); session-scoped, run-bound grants; tenant isolation + confused-deputy prevention; default-deny policy engine; concurrent-use fencing. - AES-256-GCM envelope-encrypted custody (KMS seam) + a working credential proxy with SSRF defense; real Nango/OpenBao backend clients. - Multi-replica PG-backed rate limiting + challenge-replay cache; grant expiry sweeper; resource-revoke cascade. - New product MCP server (apps/mcp): control-plane tools + a ui:// Studio resource as a real MCP-App (MCP-Apps SEP, ext-apps app SDK, bundled). - Migrations 003-006; SDK exposes agents/resources/auth/audit. Bumps SDKs (@tidebase/sdk, tidebase) + server to 0.7.0, adds RELEASE_v0.7.0.md, and moves "credential brokering" out of Not-In-This-Alpha (it ships in v0.7). The agent-auth/broker feature work landed in #8 (Agent auth control plane + product MCP server); this release packages it and adds the end-to-end broker dogfood (apps/server/scripts/brokerDogfood.ts) that verifies vault + proxy: secret injected upstream, never visible to the agent/LLM or the audit ledger.
