Populate
next.transcription.contextWordsin the verify response using the sharedbuildContextWordsandbuildPageLexiconMaphelpers extracted from DocumentService.Highlights use the next transcription’s lexicon IDs and returned text, preserving repeated occurrences and accurate offsets. Lexicon reads participate in the verification transaction.
Note
Automatic lexicon population is handled by #296, until then this returns an empty array.
