RFC 0001: Build Library list UI with mocked data #20
Description
Scope
Build a Library view prototype with mocked files and artifacts.
Include list, search, type filter, sort, and storage usage display.
Out of scope
- Real API integration.
- Cross-user sharing.
- Project workspaces.
- GCS or Supabase integration.
Acceptance criteria
- Empty, loading, populated, and error states are covered.
- Search, filter, and sort behavior is tested.
- UI does not assume GCS or Supabase implementation details.
- No production credential or BharatCode private service is required.

Maintainer update: keep this issue scoped to the mocked Library list UI slice. The later real metadata/API integration is now tracked separately in #56 after the #48 contract lands.

Completed by #81 and merged into main at b5b790d. This delivers the mocked Library list slice from RFC 0001 with loading, empty, error, and populated states; search, filter, sort, storage, and dense/preview modes; contract alignment; localization; and passing CI.
