fix(ci): align React Native patch with the supported Expo SDK #3

The mobile job on PR #2 stops at npx expo install --check: react-native is 0.88.0, while the installed Expo SDK expects 0.88.1. Connector and security regression checks pass before this point. This is separate from the admission-recovery logic.

Scope: align the supported React Native patch version and lockfile with the current Expo SDK. Do not use npm audit fix --force, downgrade Expo, disable the compatibility check, or upgrade the major SDK.

Acceptance: clean npm ci, existing security tests, npm audit --audit-level=high, npx expo install --check, typecheck/lint and existing mobile/connector tests pass. Include a basic Android/iOS launch check where available; clearly label unavailable device checks. No application-store release.

Coordinate with @arzvaak and PR #2; a tiny separate dependency PR is fine. Base branch: main.
