Context

make energy only address component behave same as battery

• the CTA is inline rather than separate button
• selecting dropdown kick offs navigation, unless confirmation is needed

Impl

• remove old component meant for separate component enters
• set inlineCTA=true
• update onSelect to call onSubmitSelection when we dont need validation
