Adds suwappu-dex — Suwappu cross-chain DEX as a plug-and-play skill.
Swap, quote, portfolio, and prices across 14 chains (12 EVM + Solana + TRON) via 10+ providers (Li.Fi, CoW Protocol, Jupiter, Wormhole, …). Suwappu exposes a hosted MCP server, so it's a one-command add — no wrapper code.
